Your Market Analysis

The market changes on a daily basis, and while you might hear of general trends in the news, nothing beats a personalized market analysis of your home and neighborhood. I will create a packet that shows how your home compares to nearby competition, including recent listings, pending sales, and sold homes. Because each neighborhood, style of home, and price point is different, it is important to learn just how hot the demand currently is for your home. If the demand is currently at a very high level, this may adjust how much needs to be done to prepare your home and get it on the market.


I understand that you’re not just selling your home—you’re also packing up your life and moving! Moving while selling can influence things like preparing your home (painting, carpet replacement, etc.), open house dates, and even closing and final possession. Let me know your moving goals and I will help you understand how they affect your time-table.

Feedback & Communication

I will stay in contact with you throughout the whole process with updates on showings and open houses, potential buyer and broker feedback, and keeping tabs on the competition in the neighborhood.

Receiving & Accepting Offers

When we receive offers, I will present them to you and help you evaluate them to determine which one we will respond to – either with an acceptance or a counter-offer.
