Not your average agent marketing…

2016 was an amazing year for me in terms of getting my business off on the right foot.  I’ve made some amazing relationships with people I’ve grown to know and love.  & I’m ready to make 2017 my best year ever!

Sales & Marketing has never been my thing, but I’m definitely having fun with it.
What I’ve come to realize is… providing amazing customer service is what I do BEST! Dating back to my Key Bank days, I’ve had over 20+ years customer service experience & counting.

Being able to guide and help people in understanding the unknown is what I LOVE!!

So here’s my first marketing postcard for the year!  It’s not your typical just sold or just listed real estate postcard, and that’s what I love about it. I don’t want to just sell you a house… I want to be a part of your team –be your #agentforlife !

POSTCARD #1: Home is Where the Heart Is… & it’s a magnet!

I’m a true Seattlite, born & raised!  I love my city and everyone in it!

As many times as I’ve thought about moving to the places I travel, I know it will never happen.  I truly love living in a place where you experience all 4 seasons.

The mountain snow and the beach are just a hop, skip and jump away.  Sure… it rains here a lot, but that’s why it’s GREEN & beautiful! Snow-capped mountains in the Winter and the perfect amount of heat & sunshine in the Summer.

Seattle has come a long, LONG way!

With Starbucks, Amazon, Boeing & Microsoft to name a few… Forbes ranks Seattle as the 11th best city for jobs in 2016

Bellevue is rank #2 for best places to live

& as of 2014… we are OFFICIALLY Super Bowl Champs!
Did you know, USA Today ranks the 12th man the #1 most loyal fans?  How cool is that?

I know some Seahawks haters like to think that the 12’s are bandwagon fans, but here’s a little history for you guys.

History of the 12’s
The Seattle fans had such an impact on the success of the team in the 1980’s that Seahawks President Mike McCormack retired the number 12 jersey on December 15, 1984 forever. A tribute to the best fans in the NFL.

With all this Seahawks talk, I might have to make my next postcard a 12!!

Until next time…

  1. I had no idea that the twelfth man concept dated all the way back to the 80’s! I love, love, love the new postcard design. This year is going to be your best year yet!
